Program Therapist:

Healing Springs Ranch in Tioga, Texas is accepting resumes for the position of Full-Time and contract Therapist. Candidates will be a part of a multidisciplinary team and will provide individual, family, and group therapy. Candidates must be available to work weekends. Must have knowledge and experience with mental health, trauma, and substance use disorders. Applicants must have a Master's degree in at least one of the following: marriage and family therapy (LMFT), professional counseling (LPC), or social work (LCSW). Applicants must also pass a drug test and background check.

Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT):

Healing Springs in Tioga is looking for mature, responsible, trustworthy individuals that MUST be available to work various shifts as PRN Behavioral Health Technicians. Responsibilities include strong communication skills, the ability to follow strict guidelines, and report facts regarding clients to immediate supervisor. Responsible for daily charting, completing all reports, clients' schedules, transports, and overall handling situations in a professional manner. Applicants must have a High School diploma or GED, must pass a drug test, background check, and have previous work experience in a Substance Use treatment setting.

Cooks:

Healing Springs Ranch has positions available for mature, responsible, trustworthy Cooks in our Culinary Department. The ideal candidate for this position is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
  • Maintain accurate food inventories
  • Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
  • Rotate stock items as per established procedures
  • Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
  • Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
    Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • MUST have AT LEAST 1-3 years’ experience as a Cook
  • Applicant MUST possess a Food Handlers license
  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
  • Must be available to work various shifts
  • The applicant must pass a drug test and background check.
