\n\t\t\tJalisa, as the Discharge Coordinator, works collaboratively with the Clients, Healing Springs Ranch Treatment Team, and Business Development Team to develop aftercare plans for success.<\/p>\n
As the Healing Springs Ranch Discharge Coordinator, Jalisa meets with the clients, clinical staff, and medical staff weekly to establish aftercare plans as the framework for long term recovery. Jalisa believes that every client is unique and therefore every aftercare plan is individualized to the client\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n
She is a graduate of The University of North Texas College of Rehabilitation and Health Services. She has been working in the recovery field since 2016 where she started as a practicum student in a women\u2019s sober living home. Jalisa enjoys advocating for recovery and making a difference in the lives of those seeking recovery.
