About Chef Corey
I am Chef Corey, and I have been a student and Chef of the Culinary and Foodservice industries since the age of 23. Upon graduating from the culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu, I have worked at various high volume establishments, such as Winstar World Casino Hotel and Great Wolf Lodge. I now enjoy working as the Executive Chef at Healing Springs Ranch in Tioga, Texas.
Being a Chef has opened many wonderful paths for me which has only cemented my passion for being a Chef. It’s my absolute honor preparing nutritious, wholesome food for the enjoyment of others. With complete Health and Wellness as my core focus, foods that benefit our well-being are a driving factor in the menus and lifestyle plans I create. It’s this exact focus, which brings me the most joy on impacting not only my life positively, but the lives of others.
