Steve Paul
Director of Referral Relations
Steve, as Director of Outreach, cultivates and maintains relationships in the behavioral health community to promote HSR’s position as a leader in the field. His own personal experience is an essential tool in helping potential clients understand the benefits of residential treatment on their own journey.
Previously, he spent 12 years in the entertainment business as an executive for CBS Television Distribution. He graduated from the University of California-Irvine after a stint at the University of Colorado-Boulder and holds a degree in Social Ecology.
Steve has been involved in the recovery community since getting clean and sober in May of 2009. He credits his sobriety and 12-Step work with giving him a second chance at life and a family he treasures. His wife, Kellie, and his boys, Harper 6 yrs. and Bennett 3 yrs., are the joys that keep him immersed in “gratitude every single day”.
Steve, originally from California, has spent the last 20 years in Dallas and proudly calls this home. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, golf, skiing, football, and grilling a big ‘ol steak now and again for friends and family.
